If you are already a registered user of the website you will be able to enter your log-in details and your billing information will be pre-populated according to the details that you have previously provided. If you are not a registered user you will be given the option of registering as a user or proceeding as a guest, and will be required to provide your name, invoice address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, expiry date and issue number, email address and telephone number. All information will be collected over a secure server connection and in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Acceptance of Your Order

When you place an order using this website you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to the email address that you have provided to us acknowledging that we have received your order. Once we have checked there is sufficient stock availability and that all prices are correct we will send you our dispatch email to confirm that we have accepted the order. A contract will only exist between us once we have sent a dispatch email.

Prices

Our prices are set out on our website (www.fullolife.co.uk) and are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Prices remain in force until we publish new prices. Delivery charges may apply and, if applicable, will be displayed during the order process (see the ‘Delivery Charges’ section of these Terms and Conditions below).

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which we have taken from you.

Availability

All goods on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and give you the option to wait until the goods are back in stock or to cancel your order and if we have processed your payment for those goods, to receive a refund of the payment taken including any delivery charges.

Payment

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro.

We will charge your credit or debit card account for the price of the goods and any delivery charges upon receipt of your order. We do not accept liability if delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we may reject your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All card payments are taken through the Barclays ePDQ. This means your payment is handled securely and efficiently. At the end of the checkout procedure you will be taken to a secure Barclays payment page where you will be asked to enter your card details. We will then confirm your successful order by email.

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of acceptance of your order. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) but do not dispatch at weekends.

We use a variety of methods to ensure that the most efficient service is always used for your order. This includes Royal Mail and couriers.

We do not charge for delivery unless the delivery address is in certain areas of the United Kingdom, such as the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Northern Scotland (including Aberdeen and Peterhead), the Scottish Highlands, the Isles of Scotland or Northern Ireland. There is a £10 delivery charge to an address in any of these areas, which will be automatically added to the price during the order process.

Due to the size of our parcels, it may be necessary for somebody to be present in order for the goods to be delivered. We therefore recommend that you select an address for delivery where there will always be somebody present to accept delivery. Deliveries by Royal Mail do not require a signature. Deliveries via courier require a signature. If there appears to be any sign of damage to the packaging where the goods have been delivered by courier, please make a note to this effect beside your signature. Please be specific about damage and do not simply state ‘unchecked’. We may use any telephone number that you have provided us with to contact you in case of a query with your order.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate and as detailed as possible. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to the delivery address you have specified.

We are unable to refund any delivery charges that you may have paid in respect of goods, unless we have sent you the wrong goods, the goods are faulty or you have returned the goods in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods when they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.

Right of Cancellation

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

To cancel your contract with us, please email us at uk.info@aak-uk.com or write to us at AarhusKarlshamn UK Limited, King George Dock, Hull, HU9 5PX. If you have already received the goods you must return them to us at your own expense, ensuring they are packaged adequately to prevent damage in transit. If you do not do so, we will charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods. We recommend that you use proof of posting or an insured courier service when returning goods to us.

Until you have returned the goods to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the goods and our delivery charges to your credit/debit card.

Nothing in this section shall affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

Notwithstanding your right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we operate a 21 day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to us unopened in their original condition within 21 days of the date of their receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the goods if you have requested an exchange. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and offers a tracking service. We will not refund any delivery charges where you are not exercising your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are in any way defective please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for the return of the goods. We will deal with this in accordance with your statutory rights.

Complaints and Liability

Any complaints should be addressed to AarhusKarlshamn UK Limited, King George Dock, Hull, HU9 5PX or by email to uk.info@aak-uk.com.

Our aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the goods the subject of the claim.

We shall not be liable for economic losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of income, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of enjoyment, loss of data or any waste of management or office time or for any indirect loss whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or precontractual or other representations (except for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation) or for any other type of loss or damage even if advised of such probability.

Nothing in this condition or these Terms and Conditions limits in any way our liability for any of the following: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; losses for which it is prohibited by section 7 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 to limit liability; or any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Validity

If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

No Variation or Representation

Other than as provided in these Terms and Conditions, nothing said by our sales personnel shall amount to a variation of these Terms and Conditions or a representation about the nature or quality of our goods.

Third Party Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.
